    2. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
    3. Prepare 5-7 flakes onion

    19. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    20. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric
    21. Get 2 medium tomatoes (make paste)
    22. Prepare 1/2 cup yoghurt
    23. Get 2 green chillies
    24. Prepare Green coriander to sprinkle

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Dhokri:

    1. Starting with besan katli.. in a degchi add oil and fry onion, mustard seeds and cumin for 1 min.
    2. Then add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and saute for 30 secs.
    3. Now add green chillies sliced, green coriander and water.
    4. Now wait for it to simmer🔥
    5. Now add besan and whisk it continuously so it won't make lumps. Cook it for 1 min
    6. Pour it in a greased steel lid and set a thin layer by pressing it with hands. Let it cool then cut in diamond or squares
    7. Coming to gravy.. heat oil and fry onion, mustard seeds and cumin for 1 min
    8. Now add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric, cook for 30 secs.
    9. Now add tomato paste and bhunify till oil separates.
    10. Add yoghurt and green chillies add cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.
    11. Ready. Garnish with green coriander.
