    4. Cover the casserole dish with aluminium foil and bake in 180โ—‹ Celsius for 60mins. Once the 60mins is up, remove the aluminium foil and bake for a further 15mins until the cheese on top goes golden brown.
    5. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10mins or so and it will be extremely hot. Serve with meat or winter vegetables.
