    5. Steam the dhoklas in idli steamer for 15 to 20 min.
    6. After 15 min. insert toothpick in dhokla, if it comes out clear your dhoklas are ready.
    7. While serving pour some groundnut oil/desi ghee over the dhokla and serve with kadi/daal.
