Instructions
Heat a saute pan over medium heat and, when hot, add the butter to the pan, swirling to coat. Lift up each side of the omelette and drop a tablespoon of butter underneath. Remove the lid and season the omelet with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat. so I made an omelet and it turned out exactly as your pics. I didn't have a special pan for the oven, but the omelet was so pale foamy, I decided to risk it, and stuck the pan in the oven anyway.
