    In iron pot, heat olive oil; add curry powder stirring often. Allow curry powder to practically burn. Add a little water whenever paste becomes too sticky. Add most garlic and onions until well coated.

    1. Add little bit salt and turmeric to fishes,potatoes and cauliflower. Heat oil and fry fish,potato and cauliflower nicely and keep aside. Add kalonji. After 10 seconds add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
    2. Add tomato and salt. Let tomato be soft. Mix other ingredients in a bowl adding 4 tbsp water and add to the pan.
    3. Cook nicely. Add 1.5 glasses of water. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add potato and cauliflower. Boil for 3minutes. Add fish and boil for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.

    Switch off the flame, add curry leaves and a tablespoon of oil. Tada, tilapia fish curry is ready! So I prepare this fish in Indian curry type with lots of Indian spices, onion, ginger garlic, tomato etc. Tilapia is a sweet water fish. It is a very tasty and healthy fish.
