I served a cabbage, edamame, bean sprout, scallion, cilantro, carrot and bell peppers with red if i try this with shrimp, should i cut it into small pieces like the chicken? Add the sugar and green beans to the pan and stir well. Serve along side some piping hot Thai Jasmine rice and top with a Kai Dow for a delicious one-dish..

    2. Heat oil on stir fry pan over medium heat,crush garlic,slice chili ,fry in pan until golden

    4. Add mushroom,change to high heat ,,toss ,leave it about 2 mins,if too dry add little water
    5. Add shrimps ,seasoning,toss,leave it another one min ,add basil ,toss to mix,heat off
    6. Serve with hot steamed jasmine rice :)
