    5. pour the fried tofu into the saucy pan and leave it there for at least 10 mins, you dont wanna ruin the soft, creamy texture of the tofu
    6. put it in the serving plate or bowl, and add a bit touch of japanese by putting chopstick on it. pretty sure kids would like it
