    Steps to make Makki Ke Dhokle:

    1. Sieve Maize flour in a bowl.Add coaraely ground green peas paste(Grind green peas in mixer with 2 green chillies) Put chopped spinach and carrot
    2. Add crushed carom seeds and cumin seeds,coriander powder,pepper powder,salt and Baking soda.Mix well and put curd.
    3. Mix everything very well and knead into soft dough.
    4. Keep the steamer ready.Keep water for boil and grease the steamer plate with ghee.For making dhokle,take a portion from dough and roll round.Make a hole in the centre and pat a little
    5. Place Dhokle in the Steamer plate maintaining little distance between them.Steam for 15 minutes on low flame.Check inserting knife.If it comes clean,dhokle are ready.
    6. Brush Ghee on Dhokle and serve hot with chutney or Dal.
