    Heat your olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Add half of your spaghetti mixture. I always keep leftover spaghetti to make this the next morning. This meal just takes eggs to the next level and it is unbelievably easy to make!

    1. Boil spaghetti. Drain it's water. On pot take little oil add crushed garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown.

    4. Mix gently now take a pan grease it with oil or butter gently pour egg mixture and spread it by rolling the pan when one side cooked properly flip the egg to other side carefully and cook until golden brown.
    5. For extra richness you can add slice of cheese and freshly cut tomatoes and basil leaves in this omelette. I cut heart shape. You can adjust quantity of egg as per your serving style.
