    1. Get 1 cup rava / bombay rava / semolina / sooji
    2. Prepare 1 cup thick curd
    3. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar

    5. Prepare 1 tsp chilli paste
    6. Get 2 tsp oil
    7. Get as per taste salt

    11. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
    12. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
    13. Prepare 1/2 tsp sesame seeds / til pinch of hing / asafoetida

    15. Prepare 2-3 Green chillies
    16. Prepare Handful Coriander leaves

    1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take rava and curd.
    2. Additionally add sugar, ginger, chilli paste and salt.mix well to form a thick batter. Rest for 30 minutes or till rava absorbs moisture.
    3. Further add water as required and mix well.get the dhokla to idli batter consistency. Additionally add eno fruit salt.
    4. Mix gently till the batter turns frothy.
    5. Transfer to the greased plate. - steam the dhokla batter for 12 minutes.
    6. Prepare the tempering by heating oil.Further add mustard seeds, jeera,sesame seeds and hing
    7. Once the mustard seeds splutter add in curry leaves and green chilli.
    8. Saute for a while and once the tempering splutters spread the tempering over dhokla.
    9. Also sprinkle coriander leaves - and cut the dhokla to desired shape.
    10. Finally serve soft and spongy rava dhokla with green chutney.
