    3. Add in the sweet potatoes
    4. Mix on the rest of the dry ingredients
    5. Line a pan with wax paper
    6. Spread the mix on the wax paper in the pan

    8. Put the apple in a pan with water (cover the bottom) and sprinkle with the cinnamon
