Stir in the salmon, rice, onions, celery, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix salmon and rice together in a large bowl until evenly combined; Beat eggs and cottage cheese together with a fork in another medium bowl, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Carefully remove salmon from the pan and squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over the top. Stir the corn, parsley, and the remaining salt and butter into the rice. Transfer the salmon and rice to individual plates and serve with the lemon wedges.
