    4. Add ghee in the pan and temper the jeera,bay leaf and whole dry red chilli
    5. Add asafoetida powder and ginger paste,saute well
    6. Add tomato puree,salt turmeric amd red chilli Powder
    7. Cover a while to cook it well
    8. Now add jeera and dhaniya powder and combine well adding water.
    9. Add sugar and the fried dhokala,allow it to boil
    10. Finally add garam masala powder and switch off the flame
    11. Garnish it with tomato and serve.
