    3. Heat a frying pan. Add little oil and lightly roast the bread cubes for few seconds. Keep aside.
    4. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add in chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Whisk everything well with a fork or spoon for few seconds until frothy.

    6. Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium low flame. Add remaining oil and spread it evenly. Pour the egg- bread mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan lightly from one side to another to allow the mixture to swirl and cover the surface of the pan completely.
    7. Let the mixture cook for a while and when the base firms up, flip it to other side and cook till done. Turn off the flame.
