    1. Take 2 Granny Smith Apple
    2. Take 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

    Steps to make Apple Chips:

    1. Preheat oven to 100 fan forced Use an apple corer to take out the core of Apple, (this is optional). Slice the apple as finely as possible otherwise they won't turn out crispy
    2. Place 2 sheets of greaseproof/baking paper on a baking tray, place the sliced apples on the tray, do not overlap them otherwise they won't crisp.
    3. Lightly sprinkle the cinnamon over the sliced apples. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour, flipping over at halfway.

    Cinnamon is optional :) You can experiment with different apples, I used Gala Apples. Baked apple chips are a healthy snack made with your favorite apple variety. Cinnamon enhances the flavor while cutting the apples into thin slices, and baking at a low oven temperature for a few hours.
