    1. Heat up oil in wok. Fry the minced garlic till fragrant.
    2. Add seafood, and stirfry till slightly cooked. Add about 1/2 cup water. Wait to simmer.
    3. Add a dash of white pepper, salt and oyster sauce.
    4. Add the broccoli florets and cooked till slightly tender before adding the enoki mushroom. Cook further until mushroom turns slightly soft.
    5. Add the tofu. Add a bit more water if needed for a bit of gravy. Stir to combine. Do not be to vigorous as we do not want the tofu to break.
    6. Enjoy the dish with white jasmine rice!
    7. Taste for seasoning.

    Add cubed tofu and toss to coat. Heat canola oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Trim the ends of the enoki, separate the mushrooms into very small bundles and set aside. Toss the tofu with cornstarch to create that delicious, crispy exterior. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over the tofu.
