    6. Stir and cover making sure zucchini is covered
    7. Heat oven to 400 degrees
    8. Heat bread 5-10 mins
    9. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes (zucchini should be crisp not soggy)

While the zucchini are shedding their excess liquid, make the dip. The zucchini my grocery store sells are about the size of a pickle (again subjective!) and the ones that come out of my garden are about half the size of a baseball bat (subjective!). So a WEIGHT or VOLUME measurement for the zucchini will undoubtedly eliminate runny dip.
